Lesson Gains Chart
Share

Description

Schools using RTI and MTSS need to keep track of the progress of students. Use this chart as a daily lesson plan (for each month) and to analyze whether effective instruction is happening. Working with paraprofessionals or managing teachers in charge of small group instruction? Have them complete this chart so you can monitor progress and intervene when needed to make sure learning is maximized this year. When looking at the group results, consider student absences, pacing, and if the primary teacher has missed days requiring a substitute to teach the group. Note student behavioral disruptions to see if this is impacting learning of the group.

Thanks Deena! My old lesson gain charts are blurry since they've been re-copied so many times! It's nice to have a clean version.
