Simple table format for outlining a lesson. Includes areas for:

Teacher, Subject, and Lesson #, Lesson Title, Learning Outcomes / Objectives, GVC Targets / Core Standards targeted, files used, teacher notes, table for listing instructional strategies for each step, 14 blank rows for instructions, and a final table for any additional instruction for each step.

Also includes an area chart to graphically show which areas of your GVC's or Core Standards this assignment covers.

This template is used to create lessons on how to use computer programs. After the lesson is filled out, the document is typically given to the students as a PDF without including the first page.
