Description

Lesson Plan template. I upload this template onto a google drive and share the weekly plans with all members of my team including but not limited to support staff. Each member of the team adds their plans (in different colors), so we all have access to the same information. This is really helpful for communication and collaboration. It is also useful when a support staff member is out, the general education teacher knows what his/her plan was and can apply it to the students in need of differentiation. This template was adopted and adapted by teachers throughout the school with positive feedback.
