This is what I used in my K classroom last year. My team and I loved this format so I wanted to share. All easily editable in google docs and sharable with your team! I left my schedule in there to give the document some integrity but that is easily erasable.

The grid makes this resource easily readable and the room on the side for notes (written or typed) comes in handy.
