This is a lesson plan template that may be utilized at any grade level for teaching all areas. It is in Excel and is very easily adaptable. If you decide you do not need one of the rows or columns, just right click the side and hit delete. If you feel you need to add a row or column, just right click beside the row or top of column you wish to add and click insert (row or column).
The color-code makes it very presentable and prints out in 2 pages. Principals like that this lesson plan shows the objective or EQ (Essential Question) for each lesson, along with the activity. There's even a place to type in centers or station activities.
