This template was made for my 4th grade math class, but can be adapted for any grade level. Included in the template are the following sections: Standards for Mathematical Practice, Gardner's Intelligences, Marzano's Strategies, Bloom's Taxonomy, cooperative learning strategies, and formative and summative assessments. In these sections, you can check off what areas are pertinent to your lessons for the week. There is also an area to write your students' learning goals and essential questions being asked. Also included is an area for ESE accommodations and reflections from your lessons.
