Description

This is a PowerPoint lesson on the three Rs of recycling. It also includes a separate quiz show PPT, so you can test your students' knowledge after the main lesson. There are three fun activities included, which demonstrate how easy it is to reuse materials for the purpose of having fun.

The lesson focuses on what happens to waste that cannot be recycled, and how we can reduce, reuse and recycle materials to help deal with this problem. The images and animations provide a clear visual guide, so the subject matter is easy for your students to understand and digest.

My students loved this lesson and had a great time competing in the activities and quiz show. I used this lesson with elementary students from grade one to grade six. It lasted for just over an hour.
