Description

These low-prep activities are an easy way to teach your students how to identify and sort letters, words and sentences.

This packet includes:

*Pocket Chart Sort - print onto cardstock,laminate for durability, and cut out. There are headers labeled "Letter", "Word", and "Sentence", and also 6 cards to sort for each category.

*Independent Work - Print a copy for each student to sort letters, words and sentences independently.

*Write Around the Room - Print the cards onto cardstock and laminate for durability. Hang cards around the room. Give each student a copy of the recording sheet. They will walk around the room finding the different cards and writing down the letters, words, and sentences into the correct category on their sheet.
