Level 1 Geodes (Module 3) Powerful Forces
I created this Geodes Module 3 set for our 1st grade teachers to use in their small reading groups. Our Level 1 small reading group is 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week and is centered around the level 1 geodes. These activities are very quick and engaging. The activities are geared to practice Fundations skills.
Level 1 Geodes (Module 3) includes:
- Detailed directions for each activity
- Fundations lined dictation page
- Letter tiles (I use my Fundations letter tiles, but I include these in case you do not have them)
- Cover pages
- Lesson plans for 5 days a week
- Each lesson includes the following activities in addition to reading the Geode:
- Words to build with letter tiles
- Word dictation
- Sentence dictation
