Description

Are your students struggling to send appropriate emails?

Equip your students with the skills to write effective and appropriate emails. Email etiquette may not come naturally to everyone, so it's crucial for students to learn these skills in order to communicate effectively both inside and outside the classroom. By implementing this lesson, you can say goodbye to those informal "text message" style emails and welcome well-crafted, formally written emails with proper formatting.

Activities include fun, real life scenarios such as requesting refunds, rescheduling reservations, expressing concerns tocustomer service etc. Students will have the opportunity to practice and show what they know to ensure they’ve mastered all email writing skills. An email template they can use for this assignment is included, or they can send a real email directly to you.
