Description

Students will label a light wave, match the correct definition to the words transparent/translucent/opaque, and identify different types of objects as either transparent, translucent, or opaque. Students will look at light waves and determine if they have a high or low frequency. They will draw the wavelengths associated with each color in ROY G BIV and answer four questions about visible light. Answer key is included!

The zip file includes a PDF to print for students to complete, but also a PDF with a digital Google Slides copy link for you to upload online for students to complete as part of digital learning.

This wasn't exactly at the level of rigor that I wanted, but it would be good to quickly assess at the beginning of a unit
