For three days students will log the amount of added sugars that they consume on a daily basis!

- Reflection questions
4. Sugar Display Board
Students will bring in a food wrapper for a food product that contains hidden sugars. Then they will use the rubric to analyze the sugar content within their food product and create a Sugar Shocker Poster Board to demonstrate the amount of sugar that their product contains. (As the teacher, you will need to provide ziplock baggies, sugar and a teaspoon.)
