Description

Lining up your class is a key part of classroom management while guiding your class in the hallway. Give your students a spot for classroom line up that they will know is theirs. Helping your students have a consistent spot to line up in will also help build independence. Using place markers, or line up spots, to line students up helps students visually see where they stand in line and how to form a line. There are 12 colors to coordinate for your class. The line up spots are editable, so you can simply type your students' names into the box and you're set! This set is great for teaching students how to line up and how to maintain personal space, since each person has their own spot. It shows them where to put their feet and has a red stop sign to "stop" in their spot. These are great for young learners in preschool, kindergarten, and students with special needs and Autism.

There are 2 different size options included. There is also an editable version of the line up feet where you can add your students' names and a non-editable version that you can leave names off and just use the colors.

Great value
The color coding of the shoes fit in perfectly with how my children's cubbies, table spots, task baskets, and daily schedules are color-coded. The only thing I would like to see is a larger variety of colors (including black, brown, teal and maybe some florescent colors) so they could fit a larger group. I will be coloring the white shoes to cover this.

one of the greatest challenges in K is lining up. Everyone wants to be first and this resource will eliminate that problem. Students know exactly where they line up so no need to rush to a spot. I also love the visuals that go with this resource so students know exactly where they should be.

At the beginning of the year, I add these to the floor alongside our number line, since many of my kindergarten students are still learning to identify numbers. The bright colors and clear number names help students line up in an orderly way, making transitions smoother and helping us leave the room calmly.
