Description
This activity is comprised of a set of 48 various cards, which students match using their knowledge of linear equations. The various cards have linear equations presented as traditional mathematical equations, graphs, tables of ordered pairs, and as verbal expressions.
You can have students match all four concepts or choose two concepts such as graphs and equations based on the area that you are focusing on.
Students gain a deeper understanding as they relate the various forms.
They are great for reviewing, practice, or for allowing students to build confidence in their skills. They can be used in pairs, small groups, or individually according to student needs.
