Description

Algebra 1 Guided notes (NOTES ONLY) over Transforming Linear Functions on the coordinate plane with opportunity for students to try examples on their own at the bottom of page four. Typically, my other products include notes AND a supplemental assignment.

Tutorial video included (no prep to you!) and can be found on my YouTube Channel, mandy’s math world, on the Linear Functions Unit Playlist!

Transformations included are:

  • Vertical Translations
  • Vertical Stretches and Compressions
  • Reflections across x-axis

Horizontal Transformations are NOT INCLUDED in this set of notes.

This lesson is thorough enough that if you wanted to give this as an exploration activity for students to "figure out" the effects of various transformations, you could do so.

This is the 12th lesson in my Linear Functions Unit Bundle!
