These notes include definitions, steps, and two fully broken-down examples that allow you to walk through the process of solving a linear programming application problem with your students. I used these notes in an honors precalculus course, but they could be easily modified for use in an algebra 2, advanced algebra 2, or non-honors precalculus course.
