This is a work page that I developed for my students to use when solving a linear programming application problem. It includes prompts for the objective, the objective function, the constraints, a chart for the vertices of the feasible region, a grid for the graph of the constraints, and a space for the written solution to the problem. There are separate sections in which four different problems can be completed. It could be used at either the algebra 2 or precalculus level; I used it in an honors precalculus course.
