This was a great activity to engage my 8th graders in their learning. They were on-task and could related to the common pizza restaurant chains. They analyzed the costs differences and what restaurant option for their purchase would make sense in different situations.
I used this as an intro to a project, students then explored local pizza companies and were incentivized with order the cheapest value.
