"My students love these! I do the Listen & Color once or twice a week, and they're easy to leave with a sub, too. The kids love them and I love that we practice listening to directions FIRST TIME ASKED. It's great to review weekly, and this is a really fun way to reinforce the skill. "

TEACHERS LIKE YOU SAID...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dodie M. says, "My teaching partner and I love this unit to work with our younger ELs. Perfect for listening and following directions - skills our ELs need and scaffolded enough for our kids who are behind due to pandemic situations. We have used a lot. Thank you."

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kaitlyn T. says, "I purchased this product to help with my students listening and following directions- I picked this because my students really enjoy coloring. This was very engaging to my students and I didn’t have any students who were not following directions and showing me our silent signals and responding to my signals."

These are really nice to have on hand at the end of the year. I intend to introduce them to my students in September next year to build listening skills and unwind at the end of the day.

My class looks forward to having a "listening challenge" every day. I love to read the instructions out loud with my Ks and 1s so we can practice listening to instructions the first time. This is a great way for me to keep track of who is making progress with their overall listening skills. Sometimes I enjoy modelling completing the "challenges" along with my students! My class enjoys the "Listen and Draw" version the most. There is always a great new challenge for each day!

I love how these worksheets can be used to target following directions with my speech students in a fun and engaging way. I like that they target a variety of skills and are similar to directions that will be given in the classroom. It is also very easy to print and have it ready to go.
