These activities are fun! They will be perfect to support our study of Little Red Ridding Hood. I can use some for whole group activities and some in centers for students independent work! Thank you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed the opinion pages. It's difficult to scaffold opportunities for students to share opinions. The differentiation on almost every assignment gave me several options for different levels of students. I appreciate the diversity of assignments too!

Hello, Sub Plans! I just copied the pages I wanted groups to do, wrote a short explanation, and BOOM. Emergency Plans DONE! I teach small groups in a Special Ed setting, and this resource had plenty to fill a whole day!

Note that there are versions with the man labeled as a hunter and as a woodcutter to meet the needs of most common versions.

I have also included 3 pages of the product in an additional editable .pptx file. It includes the two pages of character cards where you can edit the name of the man, the grandmother (granny, grandma etc) and the house. The more common character cards have remained labeled in this file and are not editable. Also included is the prewritten cut and paste retell in case you'd like to type the story parts at the level of your students or need it to match a certain version.

Because this file includes a PDF with the original and the additional editable bonus pages, it is a .zip file.

Please check out the preview for a sampling of the activities to see if this pack is just right for your class.

My students loved this activity! It was well made and easy to use! It was well made and very engaging for the students and developed for the grade and fit perfectly in my classroom. They were engaged with this resource and it was very easy for them to get started and it helped them learn more and make my teaching more effective. I was very impressed with this resource and how well it was made and how easy it is to implement in the classroom in a kindergarten setting. It didn’t take much time for me to prepare this resource.
