Little Red Riding Hood Math Worksheets Grade One / Two Printables

This is a set of worksheets that follows the story of Little Red Riding Hood, linking the story to various maths concept over 10 worksheets. These are aimed at a grade 1 / 2 level and are all no prep printables so just print and go. See below for more details.

  • Counting current buns - Skip count in 5s to work out how many currants are on the current buns.
  • Addition Paths in the forest - Solve the addition problems by drawing a line to the answer.
  • Hidden Forest - Color the even trees green, color the odd numbered treees yellow.
  • Wolf Tricks - look the at the addition questions, sort them out by working out which are true or false equations.
  • Picking flower fractions - color the fraction shown on each flower.
  • Path to Granny's - skip count in 2s and 5s to show Red Riding Hood and the wolves path.
  • Wolf Compares - cut out the greater than / less than wolves to finish the equation.
  • Swallowed whole - complete the missing addends fractions to find the part of the fraction which makes a whole.
  • Big ear addition - solve tens addition facts, and color the answers that are the same the same color to find the pairs of ears.
  • Big eyes - look at the tens and ones blocks and write the answer in the glasses.
