Description

There are 3 separate logarithm games in this activity. For each game, students must use the answer to the previous card to solve the next card. The preview for this document includes directions and how I like to play in my classroom. Each game varies in difficulty. Problems include evaluating logarithms, using properties of logarithms, and solving logarithm equations.

I find that my students love to work problems when they are in "game form". My students enjoyed reviewing and assessing their own understanding of the material while playing a game. Answer key is included in the download. After playing the game, I have students create their own chain to trade with other groups. I hope you enjoy!
