Description

This is a one-stop, no prep resource to ensure success with long division! The template boxes & color coded steps give students extra support with the standard algorithm. The bonus video lessons walk students through step-by-step for a hands off experience. You get 36 division questions in Print and Digital formats. The questions cover 2 digit dividends up to 4 digit dividends, and there are questions with and without remainders.

Here's what you get:

Printable Worksheets: 6 worksheets, starting easy and increasing in difficulty. Total of 36 color-coded questions, 6 to a page.

Task Cards: Same 36 questions, great for stations, independent work, etc. The task cards can be written on directly, or you can use the recording sheet.

Digital Google Slides: 36 slides - display the digital version as your lesson! OR assign the digital version to students as independent practice, centers, stations, or homework. The slides have text boxes for each number to go in.

Video Lessons: 36 video lessons: one for each question. You can play these in class during your lesson and have student follow along, or assign the digital version and kids can watch the videos themselves. The possibilities are endless but this should save you a TON of time! You can also delete the videos off of the slides if you prefer.

Students and teachers are truly set up for success here, because there is a video lesson for EVERY question.

Color Coding

Every question is color coded which provides students with an extra scaffold. Before they come to you for help, they can use the color codes to check the step they're on. This should save you a LOT of time and help students be more independent while they are learning!

Effortless Differentiation:

The questions start easy and increase in difficulty, so you can choose the difficulty level for your students.

Questions 1-6: 2 digit dividends, 1 digit divisors, no remainders

Questions 7-12: 3 digit dividends, 1 digit divisors, no remainders

Questions 13-24: 3 digit dividends, 1 digit divisors, with remainders

Questions 25-36: 4 digit dividends, 1 digit divisors, some remainders, some without remainders

These activities are extremely consistent and well-thought out, with the intention of saving you a lot of time and stress. Finally students can get the repetition and practice that this standard requires. This is truly a way for students to feel confident and empowered while learning a tough new skill.
