Long-Term Assignment Student Checklist

Description

Do you have students who struggle to complete long-term projects on time or have students with accommodations that include breaking down long-term assignments? I've designed a student friendly worksheet to help students with just that.

It is a single-sided worksheet with the top portion separated into a 4 step table (1. Before beginning, 2. Assignment in progress, 3. Revisions/Editing, 4. Final work and submissions) with check boxes corresponding to each step. Students can check them off along the way.

The bottom portion of the worksheet includes a 2 week calendar with the days of the week. There is space for students to write in the date(s). Underneath each day/date, there is a small space for students to write in which portion of the project they will complete when (either given by the teacher/instructor or student elected). This can be used by both general and special education teachers or counselors looking to help students manage any long-term assignment for a class.
