It truly means a lot to hear that both the Spectrum Sleuth activities and the Doodle Notes have been such a strong fit for your students. Hi Kimberley,
I can’t tell you how much your review of the MEASUREMENT Spectrum Sleuth: Color Quest (Color by Code) made my day! I love hearing that your 9th to 12th grade students used it as a reinforcement tool and that it made them really think. When students say their heads hurt, I take that as a sign of hard-working brains—and that’s exactly what I aim for with these resources. It’s so rewarding to know that this activity was both engaging and challenging for your students.
I’m especially glad that it was helpful for your learners, including those with learning difficulties, on the autism spectrum, and emerging bilinguals/ELs. It’s always been my goal to create materials that support diverse learners, and your feedback lets me know I’m on the right track.
If there are any other topics you’d like to see included in the Spectrum Sleuth collection, I would absolutely love to hear your suggestions. Please feel free to email me anytime at blackeyedsusanscience@gmail.com.
