DESCRIPTION OF THIS PART:

There are two versions of this mock interviewer rubric: EXCEL (for those interviewers who may have access to a computer and printer on the day of the interview via the teacher's materials) and 2 different PDF versions (whichever the teacher decides will work best for them if they determine that they need to print the pages in advance to give to the interviewers). This rubric is to be completed by the mock interviewers. The whole purpose of this activity is for them to give HONEST, VIABLE, and RELEVANT ratings so students learn where they may need to improve before engaging in the real thing someday. Their opinions will be of extreme value to the students when they enter the colleges and/or the workplace in their future.
