This lesson plan template includes drop down menus with the common core state standards, math practices, and questions aligned to the math practices. I believe lesson plans should be living documents so I also included an exit ticket data tracker. List your students' names in column N, then simply type Yes or No for each day of the week to gather daily mastery data of your objective.

I designed this excel sheet to tailor my Eureka Math Lessons so the Whole Group section includes subsections for Must Do, Can Do, and Extension problems.
