Description
This 33 slide Google Slide Show is ready to use with your students! A fill in the blank note sheet is also included.
(some of) The slides & doc are editable in case you would like to add/modify what is there to better suite your students & curriculum.
I use this by reviewing the main topics lecture style (I have a "teacher version" of the slideshow which is just a shorter version of this one), then the students review the show I share on GC themselves in more detail while completing the digital note sheet. This way I have their full attention in the beginning but then they get to see the slide show again at their own pace plus some (I never go over the whole slide show in class). Students can review independently or with a partner.
The slide show includes a do now, links to articles as well as a bunch of video clips. This slide show is VERY dense!
Topics discussed include: magnetic poles, what a magnet is, types of magnets, compasses, magnetic domains, electromagnets & more!
If you have any concerns or suggestions to better this resource, please feel free to email me at sciencesquad25@gmail.com - I'm always looking for ways to better my materials :)
