Use these Make-up work passes to add to your classroom management!
Whether you print it out on regular computer paper or find some BRIGHT colors, these will be an easy way to monitor when your students have makeup work and when they need to get it back to you.
Anytime you recognize a student is absent staple this pass to the top of their paper, fill out the majority of the paper that you can include, the assignment title, name of the student, the date the student was absent, and the date the work is due! Once the student has arrived back in your class you can finish the paper with the student about if the absence was excused, and when they will need to return it.
The signature is just a system of checks and balances that you can handle your own way! Whether you want to acknowledge you gave the paper to them and sign it before with them having signed it once they return it or have them sign it upon receiving it and you sign it once they return the assignment, that is up to you as a teacher!
