Managing Your Anger
is a 5 week small group curriculum that can also be used with individuals to help them focus on controlling their anger.
Students will learn about their anger, including what triggers their anger, our body's responses to anger, what are common emotional responses to anger, appropriate ways to respond, and coping skills to use. In addition, students will be given anger situations to help them explore effective coping skills and strategies for dealing with anger.
This 5 week session comes complete with a start up guide, parent permission slip, lesson plans, worksheets and posters, exit slips and an evaluation form. Also included are ASCA Mindsets and Behaviors that align with these lessons.
