I love how these turned out. It really helped students understand a number better and introduce our place value unit. I ended up modifying the resource and used the rough draft to display their work. I then made a page of the leprechaun's face and shoes to add to that. The strategy part was too small for my students and their large handwriting, but the rough draft was perfect. We displayed these on the bulletin board in the office. Thank you for this resource!

My students loved this CGI math leprechaun! They did had a great time talking about different strategies to solve the word problem. I was so impressed with how engaged they were! The leprechaun was easy enough for them to assemble without needing too much guidance and so cute! We even added a little glitter for some extra sparkle =). Highly recommend!
