Description
This is a great cooperative activity for algebra one or algebra two. It involves inequalities, some of which are compound inequalities.
Student Directions:
There are 32 cards.
8 story cards (S1, S2, S3, …),
8 inequality cards (I1, I2, I3, …),
8 answer cards (A1, A2, A3, …),
and 8 graph cards (G1, G2, G3,…).
Each story card will match with an inequality card, an answer card, and a graph card. Record your matches in this grid. Show how you solved the cards on the back.
The answer key is included. The teacher should work the activity first to best determine where and how to use it during the academic year.

Love it! Great for test prep! Students were engaged.
Wonderful!
My students and I loved and enjoyed this so much!!
Great!
Tried to use with pre-algebra students, they did them with difficulty. Thank you for this, it was a great resource and allowed me to see their gaps more clearly.
Yes this is written for Algebra 1 and/or ALgebra II level.
This was a great center activity to help reinforce the concepts involved with inequality situations. My students gained a better understanding of how to transition from word to algebraic statement by doing these cards. Thanks!
Wonderful!!
Great assignment to help reinforce students' learning!
Thanks!
Used as a review for a Test
