Your students will be engaged with counting, matching quantity, writing numbers, and subitizing to 10 with this self-correcting puzzle activity. The students will count/ subitize and trace the circles on the ten-frame puzzle piece, trace or write the number on the second puzzle piece and match the quantity to the number. As a Bonus! Number posters 0-10 with the number formation directions using green dots to indicate where to start (green dot) and where to end writing the number(red dot). This is a self-correcting puzzle activity and can be used for independent work. This resource is differentiated for the Emergent learner that can identify numbers up to ten, and count 5 objects.
