Having my first graders complete a Math About Me worksheet is one of my favorite back to school math activities. In this free pack I have included 3 versions of this worksheet. In version 1, the students write numbers to answer questions about themselves. In version 2, the students use addition fact sentences. In version 3 they use subtraction facts.
