This is a "Math About Me" project. I print the 2 pages front to back on cardstock and have students fill out the parts, color it, and hang it from my ceiling in my classroom. It can also be used for a bulletin board or just a different way to do math!

This is a 2 page product which includes:
-A title: Math about ___________(student's name)____
- My favorite Number
- A box to put a picture of the student
- My age in standard form, word form, and tally marks
- My birthday
- How many letters in your name?
- Your height in inches modeled with base ten blocks
- How many pets
- Shoe size
- How many people in the family with an addition sentence
