These 12 Math Activities supplement popular Read Alouds / picture books and are perfect for Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade and can be used any time of the school year!
Each mini-lesson pairs an engaging read aloud with simple math manipulatives and a low prep Math Activity, either for students to complete independently or with partners. Activities can be completed as a whole class or in Math Centers or Stations. Lessons are simple enough to be left with substitute teachers.
