I have used this resource in two ways: first, as part of an extension activity packet for students on a math contract. They completed these independently after demonstrating on a math pre-assessment that they already had mastery of the grade level content. I also used them with a small group for math enrichment during our intervention/enrichment block. They were challenging and engaging while giving students the chance to practice explaining their math thinking in writing. Highly recommend!
