This set contains five CCSS aligned, "Put Together/ Take Apart(with addend unknown), word problems. It is recommended that one word problem be administered each week for five weeks. At the beginning of the year, first graders need ample time to complete these activities.
First graders love to work out their math problems with math tools and talk about how they arrived at their solutions. It is so productive and so fun!
Also included here are general guidelines for utilizing these worksheets.
