This tool helps to keep my kiddos focused during our Daily 5 Math Workshop. It allows for student choice and high levels of independence.
The download consists of 2 organizational tools... One has a goal setting form at the bottom and the other does not (to be used with younger learners or at the beginning of the school year.)
The chart includes:
- Math by Myself
- Math with Others
- Math with Technology
- Writing about Math
- Math with the Teacher
Each sub-heading field is "editable" so you can customize the form to meet your exact needs.
Students circle the activity they're going to as they transition through the workshop model. The icons used are very visual and easy for all learners to recognize.
