This data tracker allows your students to keep track of their monthly math fact fluency scores for either multiplication or division. They have the option of shading a 100's chart and then reporting their number correct as a fraction, decimal, and a percent. There are 2 reflection questions that has students analyze their progress and set a personal goal for the next month.

These are great to print, shrink, copy, and have your students glue in the front of their math notebook. They can also be printed full size, hole punched, and clipped into a math binder.
