Math Fact Practice Mat

I copy this page onto card stock. Then I give one to each student. They use it during math time when they are practicing their math flashcards.

I model what it looks like to know a fact right away, to know it but need more practice, and to not know the fact.

Students try each of their flashcards, making three piles. When they are done, they practice the cards in the last two columns again. It helped my students take more ownership of their practice and become more metacognitive of their knowledge.
