This packet can be used for a variety of grades to encourage students to practice their math facts at home and assess their own progress. There are three pages included. The first page is a cover for the log. The following pages are intended to be copied multiple times to create a log the length of your choice. The second page is most suitable for 2nd or 3rd grade. Students can make a bar graph or double bar graph (how many problems correct as one bar, how many problems missed as the second) to track their progress. The third page is intended for 4th grade and up. Students can find the percent of problems they correctly answered and create a line graph using the data.
