Math Facts Maze for Math Fact Fluency Practice Worksheet
If your 3rd-5th grade students still aren't completely fluent of the times table for their 8's, they definitely need to review and practice.
This can be especially challenging for the 6s, 7s, 8s, and 9s. Students often struggle to acquire fluency when it comes to these fact families.
This is why I made this math maze! :)
In this resource, students will practice their 8s by looking at two possibly correct answers.
From there, students will draw a line through the maze from the last correct answer, to the next correct answer.
And the great thing is, if they get it wrong? No big deal. They can erase the old line and just try again.
Ways to Use This Resource
You have access to both the digital and physical versions of this resource.
Ways you can use the printable resource:
- The printable version could be used as math center partner activities in the following ways:
- They can race to see who finishes first
- They can quiz each other and check if the other student is right depending on the results of the maze
- As a way to differentiate for students who specifically need help with their 7s
- For standardized test prep
- For math fact family review
- As a fun early finisher activity
- As a bell-ringer, warm-up, or exit ticket after a basic addition lesson or review
NOTE: Answer keys are included for both digital and printable versions.
