Flashcards cover symmetry, congruent shapes, patterns, and combining plane shapes. Flashcards are a fun way to practice math skills.

Ideas for use:
1. Print onto cardstock and use as flashcards to send home or at a math center. Write answers on the back or provide students with answer key.
2. Print and give each student a flashcard, (print multiple copies if needed). Play music and have students circulate until you pause the music. Then students team up with the nearest person and quiz each other. After they quiz each other, students switch cards and squat down. When all pairs are done start music again. Students stand up and begin again.

This is a good, quick way to post math vocabulary, although I'll be working on making larger versions of the math vocabulary so kids can see it from the back row of desks.
I hope you find use for these. They are not meant to be posted as math vocabulary, especially since they are questions with multiple choices. They are intended for use as a review game or center.
