Description

At school, we are all about teaching student to set goals, embrace challenge and to show grit. This is a goal chart that I made for my team to use. The first allows each student to set goals and analyze past goals for each new six weeks. The next two pages are bar charts for the first and second six weeks based on math facts. The final chart is for recording success on mixed math facts. These strong visuals can be used in parent and student conferences. We reward students each six weeks who meet their goals
