This data sheet can be used by the teacher to record student's individual progress next to each standard. The I can statements used on the data sheet are written in language easily understood by students. The I can statements can be used for lesson planning or as a checklist to ensure you are covering every standard throughout the year.

The Common Core State Standards listed on the data sheet are organized by domain (ex. numbers and operations in base ten, geometry, etc.). Under each domain there is a section for comments/notes where you can record value information such as teaching dates, assessments given on those standards, students to pull for remediation, etc.
