Math Groups Conference Notes

Description

This is a great resource for recording observations during math small group instruction or small group conferencing. List the date and members at the top. Then record the topic, objective and standards underneath that. Write the materials and/or activities below that and the strategies that you may use under that. On the right hand side, simply circle the mathematical practices focused on during the small group instruction. At the bottom, in the small box, record each students name. In that large box, record the observations made during small group work. This is completely EDITABLE as well!!
