Description
This is an open ended activity that can be used and modified many different ways to study addition! The first blank is for the student name, the next is a number, then an animal and another number and another animal. The next sentence's blank is for the total number of animals!
EXAMPLE:
Katie saw 6 cats and 3 dogs. There were 9 animals in all.
The student will then write the addition sentence and illustrate to reflect the numbers that were chosen for each animal.
