This resource was fantastic! It was easy to implement in my classroom and required very little prep, which is always a win during a busy week. My students were engaged and the structure made the content clear and accessible for them. I especially appreciated how organized everything was—it made teaching the lesson smooth and stress-free. I will definitely be using more resources from this creator in the future!

Met expectations
Great value

I LOVE this product! I appreciate the fact that students do not have to cut out a thousand pieces to be able to glue something into their notebooks, as we just do not have the time for that! This resource is wonderful because it not only explains the skill, but also has parts for the students to write on to interact/practice the skill. Highly recommend!

Interpret a multiplication equation as a comparison, e.g., interpret 35 = 5 × 7 as a statement that 35 is 5 times as many as 7 and 7 times as many as 5. Represent verbal statements of multiplicative comparisons as multiplication equations.
Multiply or divide to solve word problems involving multiplicative comparison, e.g., by using drawings and equations with a symbol for the unknown number to represent the problem, distinguishing multiplicative comparison from additive comparison.
Solve multistep word problems posed with whole numbers and having whole-number answers using the four operations, including problems in which remainders must be interpreted. Represent these problems using equations with a letter standing for the unknown quantity. Assess the reasonableness of answers using mental computation and estimation strategies including rounding.
