Description

My kiddos in 1st Grade have loved personalizing their journals and showing off what they have learned so far. I usually use our journals during the first 20 minutes of Math time. We go over our number of the day and have a brief discussion and then they are off to jot down notes in their journals.

I have included the first few pages of the Math journal. You can print the number of the day, number sentence, word problem, and what I learned pages multiple times depending on how many days you wish to use your journals! You could also just do journals on a weekly basis instead of daily! Whichever works best for your classroom.
